Hooray bureaucracy
Also, a big shout out to the American Embassy for sending out an email at 5:26 p.m. confirming that an earthquake had indeed struck at 2:30 a.m.
I keep telling Latin America that we're over. It keeps telling me I'm wrong. But if I'm going to be unemployed, it might as well be in a foreign country.
